I’ve been coaching since 1999, coming from a background as a senior manager. I’m an NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Coach, and my clients include senior and top management, middle management and other professionals.

My main strengths are in coaching for personal and professional effectiveness at all levels. I enjoy focusing on improving work performance, unlocking potential and optimising work / life balance. In essence, I provide the grit that gets a pearl from an oyster.
I’m also a qualified nurse and experienced senior manager, with a track record of delivering measurable improvement. Skills and experience in leadership, organisational development, team-building and financial & business management provide a useful backcloth to my coaching expertise.
I’m married with three young adult children – all flourishing. I’m based in Buckinghamshire, but since most of my coaching is done by ‘phone, location isn’t usually a barrier. No matter where you are in the world, we can arrange coaching to suit your location, your time zone and your pocket.
I’m also happy to provide face-to-face personal coaching and business / executive coaching anywhere in London or the Home Counties.
